Little Banqueting House
Small by perfectly formed, the Little Banqueting House is one of the most picturesque spaces in Hampton Court Palace, ideal for intimate celebrations. The Little Banqueting House can accommodate up to 50 guests for a reception and dinner and is licensed for civil ceremonies.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is light, intimate and idyllic, making it perfect for weddings and celebrations. As well as being a great space for live bands and dancing, this 1920s-style orangery boasts stunning views, and can accommodate up to 180 guests for civil ceremonies and receptions.
The Great Hall of Hampton Court Palace is one of the most jaw-dropping venue in the country. With its stained-glass windows, sumptuous tapestries and magnificent hammer-beam ceiling, today the Great Hall makes a perfect venue for show-stopping ceremonies and lavish receptions. The Great Hall can accommodate up to 220 guests, and is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests.
The Undercroft at Hampton Court Palace has a capacity for 180 for a sit down dinner or 220 for dancing. The space is an excellent choice for wedding parties looking for more than two spaces for the day. Available to hire in the evening, it is an excellent fit for a drinks reception or for dancing.
The Orangery & Privy Gardens
This long, graceful room was originally designed as a private greenhouse for King William III. The marble sculptures, wood panelling and classic chequerboard floor tiles belie the room’s original purpose and today the Orangery makes a timelessly elegant venue for drinks receptions. You’ll also have exclusive use of the glorious Privy Gardens, where you and your guests can enjoy drinks and photographs before heading inside for dinner, dancing and merrymaking until the small hours.
King’s Guard Chamber
The King’s Guard room is a majestic space in which to hold a wedding reception or wedding dinner. The room has a capacity of 200 for a drinks reception or 150 for a seated dinner, the space is steeped with military history. The King’s Guard Room has stunning views out over the beautiful Privy Garden’s, the walls shimmer with the swords, and muskets of the past.
Palace Grounds & Courtyard
The grounds and courtyard are a fantastic location for a large scale wedding. With special request and permission, marquees can be erected in the grounds and courtyard with a capacity of up to 1200. The grounds of Hampton Court Palace are a truly spectacular backdrop for some of the most fabulous and prestigious events and ultimate weddings. In the summer months, guests can enjoy the 750 acres of parkland surrounding the palace.
